Palazzo Berardi is located in one of the most important historical and cultural areas of Rome. It’s located near the Pantheon and Minerva Square, famous for the Bernini Small Elephant, which carries a small Egyptian Obelisk on its back. Also close to the famous Church of Jesus and Piazza Venezia, with the Capitol Hill and the famous Michelangelo Square.

The arrival at Palazzo Berardi is always exciting. Entering into the historic palace of the 16th century, from Via del Gesù, you immediately breathe the atmosphere of the time. There is another main entrance from Piazza della Pigna. Both entrances offer concierge service.

The inner court is very typical and features a fountain in the center that feeds an extraordinary clock with the water mechanism. Throughout the city of Rome there are only two water watches, one public and this private.

In this court there is the entrance from the ground floor that leads through a large staircase directly to the top of the winter garden level, with private living rooms, bedrooms and private kitchen.

Furthermore, upstairs we find the terrace level and the area dedicated to socialization. Here you can find the library, the large living room, the dining room, the large kitchen and the large terrace. This floor is also served by a lift which is accessed from the other entrance on Piazza della Pigna. From this entrance you can use the elevator until the second floor, which introduces us directly to the main entrance hall, leading to the Terrace and the Events Area.

The entire Mansion develops on about 700sqm and on 4 levels, starting from the court of Palazzo Berardi in Via del Gesù, rising from the ground floor through the staircase to the Winter Garden Level and to the Mezzanine and to the Terrace and Events Level.

All the rooms in the house are decorated with period furnishings and old masters paintings. We are in a typical Roman Aristocratic Mansion.
